The Full-Day Experience

The Full-Day Experience is about having the time to explore more of the landscapes, elephants and Karen culture that have become such an important part of my life in Northern Thailand.

We begin with Morning Call, when you welcome your elephant to join you for her breakfast, before making our way to a wonderful waterfall. From there, the day continues into the jungle, walking alongside one of the larger elephants before heading down to the river.

Along the way, we stop for a traditional Karen lunch, prepared over the fire using local ingredients and cooking methods.

Later, we leave Chai Lai behind and travel deeper into the mountains on an adventurous 4×4 journey to Wat Kun Win. Surrounded by forest, this remarkable carved wooden temple is a true hidden gem and provides a peaceful contrast to the elephants, water and jungle of the earlier part of the day.

There is no rigid formula to how every moment unfolds. Elephants have personalities of their own, conditions change, and unexpected opportunities are often what make a day memorable.

I will be with you throughout, capturing the experience while giving you the time to enjoy it.
