Because we use high quality traditional outfits, provide professional makeup and hair, as well as using high end photographic equipment, we know you will not find better traditional costume portraits in Chiang Mai, or perhaps the whole of Thailand!

Dependent upon your budget you can choose from a number of packages which include the option for studio photographs to visiting a temple to be photographed in traditional surroundings, or a combination of both.

These are not just photographs but stunning portraits created uniquely for you. Something that you will always treasure from your time with us here in Chiang Mai.

Q – What is included?
A – We include hire of the outfits, professional hair and makeup as well as transport to any outside locations. Please be prepared to cover any entry fees, chargeable at some of the venues we will suggest for you.

Q – How long is the shoot?
A – You can choose from just an hour (suitable for studio only photos), 3 hour or 6 hour packages.

Q – I am a little worried as I never worked with a professional photographer before. Please tell me a little more about the experience.
A – No need to worry as James is not only a photographer with 25 years’ experience but he is also wonderful at helping you relax into the session. By the end of your time together you will have gained huge confidence in front of the camera.

Q – What else is included?
A – We include water for the journey but please bring your own snacks. We will stop at a convenient location for lunch but this is not included in the price. Fun and laughter are provided free of charge in abundant quantities.

Q – How large are the photo files?
A – You will receive 2 sets of files. One set are printable up to 12inches for the longest edge and the second set are ready for social media use and are usually 2,000 pixels on the long edge and set for screen use.

Q – How many photos can we expect?
A – From a simple studio session, at least 50. From the half-day tour, at least 150 and, 300 on the full-day tour.

Q – When and how do we receive the photos?
A – Dependent upon our work-load we endeavour to finish the photos within 1 week of your shoot. We usually upload the files to a Dropbox from which you can download. Alternatively If you have a USB, you can leave it with us and we will download the files and send them to your home address.
